Four little feet. Four tiny hands. What a surprise, but even more - what a blessing. I remember how surprised and excited I was when I heard the news, I can only imagine what Bridget and John were feeling! Of course I immediately thought about the fun we could have taking some pictures when they were born! And that is exactly what we did a few weeks ago!
"Twice as much love, two blessings from above."
"They placed you in our arms...
And all our dreams came true."
"There's two to wash, two to dry: There's two who argue, two who cry...
There's two to kiss, two to hug: And best of all two to love."
"The child must know that he is a miracle, that since the beginning of the world there hasn't been...
And until the end of the world there will not be, another child like him."
"We came into the world like brother and brother...
And now let's go hand in hand...
Not one before another." (William Shakespeare)
"I walk beside you, where ever you are, whatever it takes, no matter how far."
"We worry what a child will become tomorrow...
Yet we forget that he is someone today." (Stacia Tauscher)
True to their personalities - Ben was awake and Sean was taking a quick nap!
"What's cuter than one baby? A precious set of twins! With matching little outfits, and matching little grins...
With twice as many babies, how very busy you will be...
Just think of all the loving they'll bring your family."
"Every child born into the world is a new thought of God, an ever fresh and radiant possibility."
This shot just makes me laugh... is this foreshadowing the future??
"Hearts entwined
Twenty fingers, twenty toes,
Two sweet babies with cheeks of rose.
Born on the same day, two gifts from above,
Lives entwined, two babies to love."
